Since 2011, West Coast Therapy Solutions has provided physical, occupational, and speech therapy designed around the real lives of adults with developmental disabilities.

We believe therapy should not feel disconnected from everyday life. It should help people move more confidently, participate more fully, build independence, and experience greater quality of life in the places they know best.

We partner with individuals, families, care coordinators, residential providers, adult care facilities, adult day programs, and community organizations seeking dependable therapy services.

Our services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. We support mobility, strength, balance, coordination, safety, communication, daily living skills, swallowing concerns, and functional independence.

Every person is different. Our therapists take time to understand the individual, their environment, their goals, and the people supporting them before creating a plan of care.
