Therapy That Supports Your Residents, Staff, and Mission

Adults with developmental disabilities need more than therapy visits. They need a therapy partner who understands their needs, communicates clearly, and works well with their daily routines.

West Coast Therapy Solutions provides mobile PT, OT, and speech therapy throughout Florida. We partner with group homes, adult day programs, residential communities, adult care facilities, and other disability-focused organizations.

Our goal is to help the people you serve become safer, more independent, and more confident in daily life.

Why Facilities Choose West Coast Therapy Solutions

Our therapists come to your residents, providing care in the places where they live and participate in daily life.

By bringing therapy to your facility or community setting, we help reduce transportation needs and make care more practical, comfortable, and connected to everyday routines.

We serve group homes, adult day programs, adult care facilities, residential communities, supported living environments, community programs, and assisted living settings.

Therapists can also recommend adaptive equipment, improve safety in the home or bathroom, support sensory needs, and help residents build confidence with daily tasks.

A Partnership That Makes Life Easier for Your Team

Your staff already manages a lot. Our goal is to make therapy simple to coordinate, not add more work.

With WCTS, you can expect clear communication, reliable points of contact, and therapists who respect your routines and schedule. We work with caregivers, staff, families, guardians, nurses, and care coordinators when needed, and provide practical recommendations your team can realistically use.

We also keep you informed when there are important changes in mobility, safety, communication, or care needs. The best outcomes happen when everyone is working toward the same goals.

What the Partnership Process Looks Like

For Care Coordinators and Case Managers

Care coordinators manage a lot. You need therapy partners who are responsive, organized, and clear about what services may help, how a person is progressing, and what support may be needed next.

WCTS works as an extension of your care team. We can help identify therapy needs, complete evaluations when appropriate, coordinate with guardians, caregivers, facilities, and providers, and support residents after illness, injury, hospitalization, or changes in function.

Our therapists provide care in familiar settings and communicate clearly about treatment plans, progress, recommendations, and discharge planning. Our goal is to help each person stay safer, more independent, and better able to participate in daily life.
