Our team serves adults throughout Southwest Florida, including individuals receiving APD/waiver services in group homes, supported living environments, adult day programs, and community settings.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for dependable, compassionate PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs who can work independently while staying connected to a supportive team.
You may be a good fit if you:
Want meaningful work serving adults with developmental disabilities
Are comfortable providing care in homes, group homes, adult day programs, supported living settings, and community locations
Communicate professionally with caregivers, families, residential staff, support coordinators, and other clinicians
Take documentation, compliance, and patient safety seriously
Value flexibility, clear expectations, and professional respect
Are organized, responsive, adaptable, and dependable
Experience with developmental disabilities, autism, cerebral palsy, neurologic conditions, mobility limitations, or complex care needs is helpful but not always required. We also welcome clinicians who are eager to learn and genuinely care about serving this population well

Compensation and Opportunity
Pay is based on your discipline, visit type, experience, payer requirements, and role responsibilities. Opportunities may include:

Higher rates based on experience, tenure, specialty needs, or added responsibilities

We currently use WebPT. We expect timely, accurate, compliant documentation and we provide clear guidance on our expectations.

Yes. Many of our opportunities are designed for therapists who want PRN or part-time work. Caseload availability can change, so we encourage you to apply even if you have limited availability.

Onboarding typically includes credentialing requirements, orientation, training on documentation and communication expectations, and an introduction to the team, patients, and communities you will serve.
